Bards Unable to take able learner

So basically like the title states if you take bard before taking able learner you cannot take the able learner feat.

Able Learner needs 14 int here (see server rules). Might be why you couldn't take it.

There is nothing in the feat requirement about bards - I am guessing you are not having the 14 intelligence. Can you confirm this?

Yeah the characters int is 13
