Paladin Class and missing and wrong feats

Recently i got lvl 30 , at that lvl supposely i should get smite infindel among other things , i cant find the feat into my list, also i still have war domain although i read somewhere that it was removed and paladins get w.focus directly than the domain(i got mine manually with the help of a dm) And lastly, at lvl 30 i got domain destruction too i dont know why? it doesnt seem to do something
