Mission Statement and Server Philosophy

This server aims to create an environment in which player creativity thrives. With only the bare minimum of rules, and a server philosophy that encourages players to take charge of their own destinies, we want to see our players take over kingdoms, run their own taverns, form influential guilds and help us write the next chapter of the great city of Neverwinter. Future events do not necessarily have to follow the lore, the players have the power to change the history of Faerun. The Rise of Neverwinter is a dynamic and player driven world where stability is not guaranteed, and where freedom, justice and prosperity in the region can be promoted or impeded by the players actions (or lack thereof). While it might not be easy to achieve one's ambitions in a world where npc’s and other players are also struggling for power and influence, we encourage people to reach as high as they dare. Have fun, both in victory and defeat!
