Wanted to ask if there's a -Character builder- module with the Server's Haks somewhere?

Alternatively, if there's a way of importing the Haks and any other potential add-on to lets's say... the good ol" "Vordan's Hero Creator" to try out builds in preparation to create one permanently on the server. Any other tip is also apreciated if you have one!
