General Timeline of the Sword Coast up until 1249

Hello,
I've been working on a timeline oriented mainly on the Sword Coast to help me with figuring out what actually exists at 1249 DR. I almost claimed to be from a place that... well wasn't a place yet! Along with the timeline, I am planning to create an updated Sword Coast map showing names and places that exist up to 1249 and not after to help see what's what on the geography scene.
If anyone wants to check it out and use it as well and maybe help update things I've missed or got wrong please feel free to!
